Beep Beep

Now that I have learned how to climb onto this car, I love to sit and beep the horn. It even has these other cool buttons that light up and speak, but nothing beats the horn. Mom and dad love the horn too. Although, Reese and Sadie don't seem to care for the lovely beep. They often hide in the next room or hit the great outdoors. I am still working on how to make the car go foward when I sit on it, but I can't quite seem to get the car to move. Mom pushes me around on it, and I think that it is pretty cool. Mom goes the speed limit, but when Aunt Taylor comes over, she lets me speed. Well, I am off to play love, Luke 

Happy New Year!!!

I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year. I had a great holiday. That Santa person I went to see, brought me all kinds of new toys, clothes, and books. I also got to see all kinds of people. I also helped tell everyone that I am going to be a BIG brother this year!! Can you believe it. I'm really not sure what all that means for me, but mom said she would tell me all about it. Everyone was really surprised and excited, I think.
For the new year, Mom, Dad, and I went to Charleston with some friends. I has a blast. We went down to the beach and I got to play in the sand. Although, it doesn't taste as good as it looks.

What has happened to my cabinets?

I'm not sure what happened to my cabinets. Yesterday, I could still get everything out, but this morning something strange has occured. I can't get the darn things open. I have tried and tried but they just will not open. I guess I will have to find something else to occupy my time.--Luke

Merry Christmas!!

Well we are getting ready for Christmas here, and mom says we need to take pictues. However, after I got over my stomach virus, I began cutting two molars and I have not been a happy camper this week. So pictures were not on my agenda, nor was the rescheduled B'day party. I am starting to feel better now that one of the molars has broken thru all the way. I guess the good news is, I can eat steak!! 

Happy Birthday to ME

Yesterday was my very first birthday. I was looking really foward to my party, but after the Apex xmas parade I got really sick; and then mommy got sick. We both had the stomach flu. It was horrible. My party had to be rescheduled. Dad did blow up a few balloons for me and him and mom let me open there gift and Reece and Sadie's gift to me. I got this really cool elmo that does the hokey pokey. Reece and Sadie don't like it very much, but I think it is funny. Now that I am feeling better, I can look foward to my redo party on Friday. --Luke 

Happy Turkey Day

Hi everyone!! Here I am enjoying Thanksgiving over at Nana and Granddaddy's. I had my first fried turkey and it was good. I shared a plate of food with Nana and I even got chocolate cake for desert. I really like all of this holiday food stuff.--Luke 

What do you think of my new look? I think it is really funny. Mom's glasses are a little big for my head, but it makes me laugh when I put them on. Dada, said that I looked silly, and then he laughed at me.

Sadie and I love to hang out. She is so much fun to play with. Sadie lets me love all over her, and she gives me nice sloppy kisses in return. However, I think my mom should brush her teeth more because sometimes she has bad breath. Well, we are off to play, love, Luke.

Sunday Afternoon

I everyone. I must say it was a hard weekend; I am simply exhausted. Dad and I have been busy watching football and I just never realized how tiring that could be. I think all of the remote control action is what gets you. I am still trying to learn that one. --Luke 

Happy Halloween

From now on, I will be known as, SHARK BAIT, oh ahah!! Getting ready for Halloween is so much fun. I love my new Nemo outfit. I had to try it on for the grandparents last weekend, so they could all get a good look at me in it. I can't wait to go trick or treating.--Luke 

State Fair

Hi everyone, Check out me on the pony. Nana took me to the State Fair on Wednesday and we had a blast. We saw the animals, smelled the pretty flowers, rode the pony, and we even shared some cookies and cream ice cream from the NC State booth. I was a little to small to ride any of the rides, but I think that I might be ready next year. Nana better be ready. ---Luke 

Busy Busy Busy

Hi everybody, I am on the go today. I started out playing with my trucks; then I went for the blocks, and last I tried out my new walker. I am starting to get the hang of walking around with it. Look out Reese and Sadie!!! I also have discovered my first phrase, Uh-oh. I love to say uh oh. The funny thing is, now that I say uh-oh, so does everyone else. I guess you really can teach old people new tricks. Talk to you guys later--Luke 

This weekend, Mom, Dad, and I went to a cookout in Hillsbourgh. It was for dad's college roomate. He is getting married. Anyhow, the cookout was great fun. There was a band and mom let me eat baked beans with little hotdogs in them. That was good stuff; I think mom said they are called beanie weanies? I hope she gets more of those. Luke
