Playtime

 

 

Mom says I need to be quick about this this morning because we have several errands to run. So here goes. Here are Jude and I enjoying some playtime. The end--Luke

Rainy days are here again

 

 

 

Well we heven't seen rain in so long we didn't know what to do cooped up in the house all day. Jude and I watched TV and played games. It is pretty cool having Jude around, but I have to tell him what to do. He isn't sure about how to put puzzles together or how to look through books. Mom says I need to be patient and he will learn how, just like I did. I don't know if he will catch on quite as fast as me though. We will see..Luke

Growing, Growing, Growing

 

 

 

 

Hi everyone, We know it has been a little while since we last updated, but we are going to try and catch up. I have been checking out the jump a roo again because Jude was making it look like so much fun. I must say that it isn't too bad. In return, I have been helping Jude learn to sit in the boppy on the floor. He is getting pretty good at balancing, and mom told me that I am being a great older brother by showing him the ropes. Wait until she sees what else I can teach him; I have all kinds of tricks up my sleeve.---Luke

Well I have been learning to all kinds of things lately. Sitting, jumping, playing in this thing called an exersaucer; and most importantly to mom's delight I am finally letting her have a break at night. After my last cold, I decided that I could indeed give this sleeping all night a try. Every now and then, I do lose my pass and need a little help locating it. Although, I know mom tries to make it easy for me by keeping about 6 in the crib with me at all times. I can actually put the passes in by myself, but I like to see mom sometimes in the night to make sure she is still around; don't tell her that I told you that.--Jude

Here we all are at the Circus!! I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but it was really neato! The clowns were so funny and the animals did cool tricks. I was in awe over everything. Baby Jude had a good time as well. He took a nap about half way through it, but other wise he enjoyed it as well. I think mom and dad even had a great time.--Luke

Hi everyone--I am trying to show Jude how to flip through the pages of a good book. He doesn't quite get it yet, but he does like to look at the pictures with me sometimes. When I am feeling like being nice to him, I allow him to look with me.--Luke

I'm really not sure what Jude is doing in this photo op, but I think he is trying to be cheesy for the camera. I have been trying to tell him that cuteness definately helps in all types of situations and I think he is catching on.--Luke

Well I have found that I really like this new thing called the Jump a Roo. You can bounce and bounce and bounce. As you can see though it is quite exhausting to jump like this, so I have to catch a breather every now and then.--Jude

I am taking up the blog today all for myself. I wanted to share with you all that I am feeling much better after that nasty GI bug that my brother Luke gave me, but now I am getting these things called teeth. Mom says she can hardly believe that I am old enough to be getting teeth; but I have one shining brightly through. It has been tough, and I don't even want to be reminded that I have 19 more to go!!!! So for now I am just happy that the one is in.--Jude

Well another successful Christmas has come and gone. We gave, we recieved, and gave to those less fortunate than us. It was a good time had by all. Jude and I made out like little bandits. We have enough toys to last us through the year. We hope all of you had a great Christmas and are settling in for a great New Year.--Luke and Jude

This is our last posting until after the holidays, so we want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas. I have been really good this year so mom says Santa is coming to see us next week. I can't wait! Jude doesn't seem quite as excited as me, but I think Santa will come see him too (even though I know he has not been as good as me). So--

Well here are some my pictures from my birthday party. I had such a good time. Mom and Dad got me this really cool 4 wheeler and I got all kinds of neat stuff. Mom let me have my own cupcake at lunch with this super great red icing, and I got cake that night. We even decorated the house with trucks and loaders and bulldozers. I love having bday's.
