Museum of Life and Science
Last Tuesday, Mom and I went to the Museum of Life and Science with some of my new friends, Garrison and Neil. We had a great time. We checked out the dinos, played with huge trucks, saw the butterflies in the butterfly house, and we ended the day with a train ride. I think that playing with the huge trucks was the most fun, but the train ride was neato too. --Luke

What a weekend!!
I had a great weekend!! It started off with a bang, literally, as I watch Granddaddy shoot a squirel in his backyard. I spend all day Saturday with him and we had a great time. We rode on the four wheeler, I played on the tractor that my Uncle Sam was using, and I even gave my new tricycle a whirl after my nap. I'm not quite long enough for my feet to reach those pedals, but it will not be long.
On Sunday afternoon, Mom and Dad took me to the big Kelly Road park. There was alot to do here as well. I played on the swings, dug in the dand and went down the slide. It was on the slide that I learned about this stuff called static electricity. Check out the new doo.
Well after such a busy weekend I think I will be up for some R and R at the pool this week.--Luke

The next Picassa?
Okay, so mom caught me offguard a little in the first photo; but here I am at Paint your pot in apex. This was a really cool place, where I painted plates for nana and maw maw for mothers day. I put my hand print on the front, and then I free lanced the back. I think they really liked them. --Luke

Sadie give me back my blanket
I don't know who Sadie thinks she is trying to run off with my fish blanket. I told her she could borrow it, but not to get to attatched. --Luke

Duke Gardens
So mom had some photos taken of me in Duke Gardens (I know, it was hard going onto that campus). I wasn't the most cooperative, according to her, but there was alot to see. However, I think there are some pretty good photos.--Luke

chocolate pudding anyone?
Ok, so this picture is from a few weeks ago when mom was having trouble with the blog site; but now that we are up and running again, she wanted to show all of you me feeding myself chocolate pudding. It was so good, I tried to lick the bowl, like I've seen Reese and Sadie do a number of times. After all of that I had to give mom and dad "the face" as the pudding seem to bring new found energy.--Luke
Rocking Dog
Check this out, it is a rocking dog. I'm still a little too short to reach the foot pedals, but I still like this new ride. --Luke

Strawberry pickin'
I just went strawberry pickin' for the first time and it sure was tasty. I don't know if I picked more for the bucket or if I ate more. Mom said that she was going to make this thing called a strawberry shortcake when we got back home with some of the berries. I'm not sure what that is, but she made it sound good.--Luke

Beach Trip
Hi everyone, We just got back from a trip to Sunset Beach, and boy did I have fun. I loved playing with my trucks in the sand and running up and down the beach. I think I gave mom and dad quite the workout. The ocean was pretty cool too; although the water was a little cold. I did stick my feet in the edge. I also discovered that there seems to be alot more good food around when you are at the beach as well. I had frosted cheeoios, which were great and ice cream and these called krispy cream doughnuts that were really good. I also got to ride on a golf cart, which I found to be exciting as well. I can't wait to go back in June.--Luke

My new room
Look at my new room. It is complete with a big bed. I have tried jumping on the bed, but I haven't tried to sleep in it yet. Mom said I need these things called guard rails, so that I don't fall out. So, for right now, I am just playing in here; getting used to the new pad. I think I am going to like it. Luke

Crocs
Check out these crocs. I got these new shoes and they are really cool. They have holes in the top of them that are shaped like mickey mouse. They are really comfortable and easy to get off and on; no shoestrings. I think I might even like these as good as my Robeez. That is a though call though. --Luke
